Fail-Safe Sisters 8 from Next Global Crisis

Fail-Safe Sisters 8 from NGCThe return of Lady Victory, two entertaining villains, and a terrific alternate ending (something which I think all producers at least need to consider incorporating into their videos)… Let’s look a deeper look into Fail Safe Sisters 8 with a review, images and trailer below.

[Possible spoilers] It’s no secret we make a habit of covering beautiful women around here. However, only a handful look like they just stepped out of the pages of a comic book, and Dominika van Santen (a.k.a. Lady Victory) is one of them. She’s a statuesque beauty, and I think she handles herself in a fight scene as well as any other NGC cast member.

The video opens with Lady Victory finding out that she is to go up against Sleeper for a second time. After an enjoyable minute or so of calisthenics, the action ramps up with Lady Victory very much in command. She lands a few hard punches and pins Sleeper against a pillar.

Sleeper responds by releasing some gas from his mask, but this only slows Lady Victory down for a few seconds. She strikes back with several more blows and flips Sleeper to the ground. However, Lady Victory finds things won’t be so easy when she’s told this is going to be a handicap match and Sadie emerges.

Lady Victory charges her two opponents but Sadie hits Lady V with a blast of electricity that knocks her down. Sadie follows up with kicks to the heroines stomach, a strangle hold, and several blows to the face.

For the want of not spoiling anything story-wise, we will stop there, as I don’t want to give away the “canon” ending. I can tell you that Lady V takes several more blows to the stomach, and in one of the two endings, get’s gassed, is eventually knocked out and is then shocked by Sadie.

This was a really good entry into the FSS storyline. I enjoy the Sleeper character and I thought pitting Lady Victory and Sadie against one another was a great move. Lady V is just a perfect heroine, and having her being confronted by an ice queen like Sadie made for a great contrast.

I was sad when February ended because that signaled the end of “Shadowstar month.” However, starting March with a Lady Victory video was just the tonic I needed. Can’t wait to see more of her.

@NGC – they definitely can’t be brain cells you’re killing though, as I don’t have that many left already! And your latter comment intrigues me…

  • Mar. 8, 2013 at 9:50 am

Haha! My announcements are only killing you one cell at a time. Well, I don’t mean to do that, I’m sure you’ll like a good proportion of what we do once the season ends anyway.

  • Mar. 8, 2013 at 9:45 am

@NGC – If I were to tell you, that would lessen the emotional impact of my comment…

  • Mar. 8, 2013 at 9:40 am

@NGC – A little piece of me inside dead at reading that…

  • Mar. 8, 2013 at 9:38 am

More like roughly 80%. It will work out around 18 months when it ends so that’s a fair while.

  • Mar. 8, 2013 at 8:17 am

@NGC – Damn; I was kind of hoping we were about 40% of the way through this season!

  • Mar. 7, 2013 at 11:10 am

Quick Question. is the finale going to be Episode 9 of season 2? I cannot believe we have made it to the end of the season already, time flies!!

  • Mar. 5, 2013 at 6:43 pm

Well Chris, in a 10 minute film I am confident we could do at least 300 knees to a face. So if you’re game I’ll start making some calls.

  • Mar. 5, 2013 at 6:02 pm

Nice clip. I would love to see knees to the face unfortuateky this didnt happen, would love to see a clip where suki does knees to the face only, would pay 100 dollars per knee to the face

@Fabio – I am hoping very much that you’ve not seen the last of Erica. Last seen sabotaging Sebastian’s ‘good guy’ act on live TV, I’m sure she’ll be looking to help her team-mates as we head into the home straight.

  • Mar. 5, 2013 at 6:19 am

Phew, good to know there’ll be a mix of win/lose endings in the official storyline, thanks NGC. Also looking forward to those photos, there’s something about seeing the heroine posed sexily in that level of detail. I love seeing them in motion but its nice to have both.

Re: low blows, like most fight moves it has a time and place; used too much it can have a negative effect on the story and character. I prefer karate style punches/kicks and the occasional wrestle style hold, but dirty street fight tactics can be fun in some situations!

  • Mar. 4, 2013 at 11:31 pm

    @Fabio – I think you mean destructions!

  • Mar. 4, 2013 at 8:57 pm

@NGC Ok I can see why you would rather just not go into that territory at all. Im actually GLAD you dont want to do things on that basis. I love the basis you already film in. I have purchased almost every film you’ve made and I can’t say that for any other company on here, But I believe the move can be included and we’d still have this same basis. It is always your call at the end of the day. Hopefully fans can respect your style and not be as annoying when it happens, or if it happens. One from time to time is all I ask for.

Now one last question, Im dying to see Erica Lynn again. Perhaps a destruction much like Angel’s awaits her! 😀

A fun conversation to be sure.

@Richard – More photo-sets on the way. We did take pictures of Catherine & Athena, very nice one’s in fact, and we will be making them available.

RE: Endings. To make it clear. NGC is a fun writing exercise for me and it would be much less fun A) If the heroine always wins and B) If the heroine always loses. If either of these scenarios took over 100% we would have one dull series on our hands. Rest assured that the canon/storyline endings will be a mix of win and lose. The upside of providing dual endings is that I can go on an extended run of one or the other without upsetting anyone. That said, I have no plans to.

@Fabio – It’s a fair question. If we have a character with a roughneck fighting style and he/she wants to gain a quick upper hand then we may do it (Season 2 Episode 3). My issue is when I was receiving emails and messages here asking me to put them in every film. My opinion then as now is that many people who wanted them desired it as a form of sexual assault. I’ve no issue with anyone wanting to see those things but I just don’t really want to shoot it on that basis. The other issue is that you stick a solid low blow with a big reaction in one film and people will decry the fact that it isn’t seen in every film thereafter. So, while I may do one from time to time, it will be as part of a fight and infrequent.

@Bert – Fabio is correct, I was not expressing any dissatisfaction, only wondering if the plan was for all winning endings to be ‘canon’ and all losing endings ‘alternate’ – I would hope (and guess) not but just wanted clarification from on high. I just hope the alternate endings aren’t included at the expense of canon losing endings, that’s all.

  • Mar. 4, 2013 at 4:19 pm

@Bert, I think hes just asking if the “losing” ending will ever be part of the main story-line every now and then. Which all NGC has to do is say yes or no lol. I was wondering that myself, will the losing endings tie into their own “losing ending storyline”. Or are they simply there for people asking for a losing ending?

Also @NGC I’ve been loving all of these recent releases. Amazing job, really. But One thing I have to ask for at least one more time even though I know you aren’t really open to them is low blows.

I know you’ve said before that you do not wish to include them in your videos because you don’t want to make an actress do something she is uncomfortable with. I totally understand that. But in this world? The fail-safe sisters should not be getting any fair fights, and we have seen proof of that lately. Low blows are just moves/tactics just like any other we have seen, so why not? Im not asking for episodes solely focusing on them or anything repetitive/excessive, just a shot every now and then throughout the season. It’s up to you. And I as well as many others Im sure, dont expect the heroine to put on a silly sexual reaction where she sounds like “she might cum”or whatever. Just simply react how anyone else would. The reaction anyone watching would expect. How every other actor/actress would. I don’t see anything wrong with that, especially in a comic book world.

I know it has been discussed before but I just thought I would bring it up at least one more time. You tell us to comment if we have any moves or ideas that we want to be seen, I dont see how this is any different.

@Richard – I’m chuckling about the win/lose part of your post. It’s a perfectly valid and respectful question, but I can’t help wondering whether NGC are throwing their hands up in the air in frustration when they offer both endings to their movies and people are still not satisfied! Really, no offense, it just made me laugh.

Picked up the photos of Lady Victory – just beautiful and as Derek says amazimg quality even zoomed right in. Can we hope to see similar photo sets for Athena and Catherine?

Also now we’ve had two films in a row where the heroine won in the proper end and lost in the alternative end. Will this trend continue or will it be mixed up a bit? I think it’s good sometimes for the story if the heroine isn’t always victorious.

Oh and I’m glad the special effects worked out, really added to the intensity and realism.

  • Mar. 3, 2013 at 1:01 pm

    @NGC – Whilst I’ll obviously try, I can’t promise anything unfortunately lol!

  • Mar. 3, 2013 at 10:57 am

@Mark – You are a Gentleman sir, I must implore you to remember this high praise the next time we mess up!

@Derek – Thank you, I’ve not asked her how long her legs are but I will put it on my to-do list. Glad you enjoyed this effort.

@Richard – Oh yes, don’t miss out on the photos because they are unlikely to be on the site properly for about 3 months otherwise. I’m pleased both you and Mark noticed the little touches in the effects, almost held up the deadline getting them right but we got there in the end.

@Chris – If you can help me convince more people to get this film then I will provide an army in a future episode.

    @Bert ….and a superheroine!

@Redmountain – Well he’s very cunning with his gas… she got the hang of it… in one ending at least.

  • Mar. 3, 2013 at 10:48 am

Love Lady V, but you would think after fighting him once before she wouldn’t be stupid enough to fall for the gas attack from the mask again…that small plot point aside, thought this was a solid release. Really looking forward to the next one with Athena and Catherine!

  • Mar. 3, 2013 at 9:47 am

Lady Victory, you are a goddess!

  • Mar. 3, 2013 at 9:15 am

I hope there’s an episode where the announcer lives up to his promise and sends an army after Lady Victory

  • Mar. 3, 2013 at 6:34 am

Can never get enough Lady Victory, she was so good in this. Two things: 1) The villains worked great together but Sadie was especially good, she’s my fave villainess. The way she kicked Lady Victory on the ground over and over was great, also elbows to the face. 2) The effects were good and LV’s reaction to getting electrocuted was amazing, I could watch that all day. When she tried to get up at the end but collapsed, wow. Kudos to her for acting that so well, great contrast from her usual cockiness.

Oh I meant to look into the photos, will see about that. The Shadowstar ones were HOT.

  • Mar. 3, 2013 at 6:33 am

Thank you for another exciting entry to the canon (see I can fina a use for that word too, Sidekick). The photographs are really good and the quality on blow up (no cheap jokes please) is excellent. This is yet another really successful movie, and the quality all round is maintained from earlier work with this cast and crew. I really love this heroine – how long are those legs anyway? The excellently choreographed fighting never disappoints. Somehow you’ve really got the violence down to a tee, it is often wincingly convincing, I can only applaud the fitness and skills of those involved. A++ (if anyone cares).

This is all becoming a little too boring for me, review wise, as once again (yawn) I find myself saying that I love the new NGC release!!! Another sterling effort from the guys and girls, and the alternating endings now included are just a hint of genius in my eyes (as it not only gives any fan the perfect conclusion, but also allows NGC to expand its repertoire of tricks and treats, like the wonderful added touch of smoke coming from a ‘fried’ Lady Victory)! Things just seem to be going from strength to strength at NGC, and I’m hoping that this will long continue!

Oh, and I got the photos too – impossible to resist when they are of lovely ladies like Shadowstar, Lady Victory et al!

  • Mar. 3, 2013 at 4:28 am

That’s great thanks. Sometimes what seemed to be coming really ought to! Did anyone here get the photos per chance? I know the Shadowstar one’s were popular.

  • Mar. 3, 2013 at 12:25 am

You know what? i just love the thing with both endings….The original one was awesome and pretty clever and the second one was what seemed to be coming but pretty well done.

  • Mar. 2, 2013 at 6:42 pm

Was a tad dissapointed by this one. But hey, can’t like them all.
