UltraHeroix is quickly becoming one of my favorite producers, and the company has just released its latest video, Crimson Clash, which features the return of the sexy Asian ninja, Crimson Cat, who is on a quest to find Lady Ultra. [Read more…]
HM: Here’s a review of the new UltraHeroix video, Dark Embrace. Sidekick’s review is below, but I wanted to point out that the video contains ideas generated by YOU, the fans, here at Heroine Movies, so I think this video might be interesting to check it out to see how those ideas were implemented. (Plus, it looks like a fun video anyway.) [Read more…]
UltraHeroix has just released a new video, The Return of Devla, a sequel to Devla: Vampire Sorceress, and like that video, this one offers a mash-up of the superheroine and horror/fantasy genres. [Read more…]
The new video from UltraHeroix, Web Alert, features the same familiar settings as the company’s previous videos but offers a new superheroine, the creatively named “Arachnadame,” who possesses powers similar to those of Spider-Man. On one hand, the video is very, very low budget and doesn’t measure up to other producers’ work in terms of technical quality, but on the other hand, there’s a certain charm that UltraHeroix videos have that I find appealing. UltraHeroix may not have the production values of some of the more experienced producers, but their videos are a lot of fun, and I really enjoyed Shipping and Villainy, especially because it features much more action than the compnay’s last video, Mind Games. Check out the images and the trailer, and if you like this superheroine character, you should consider checking out Shipping and Villainy. [Read more…]
The latest video from UltraHeroix features the return of Lady Ultra, the star of Ultradomination and Devla: Vampire Sorceress, this time facing off against a dreadful opponent appropriately named Dr. Mindkill. I enjoy UltraHeroix’s videos even though I don’t consider them quite on the same level as other producers in the genre who have been around longer. Mind Games attempts to work a number of specific fetish ideas into a plot involving a battle between the two aforementioned characters, and on that level I think it works pretty well, even though I don’t feel the video works as a thrilling superheroine adventure. UltraHeroix has released its third video, The Crimson Duel, featuring a sexy ninja-inspired character, The Crimson Cat, fighting a massive, muscular madman called The Mauler. The video is full of action and peril, and even while the production values aren’t as good as, say, Next Global Crisis, the video is still entertaining and has a fairly unexpected ending. UltraHeroix is a fairly new producer of heroine themed videos. I didn’t get a chance to see their first film, Ultradomination, but I have seen the company’s new video, Devla: Vampire Sorceress, featuring a heroine called Lady Ultra. It’s a very low budget video that reminds me of the very early efforts from a few other companies, and despite the fairly low production values, I enjoyed the video, and I’m excited to see a new company entering the scene. There’s a new heroine-themed site called UltraHeroix.com. I haven’t seen any videos yet, but I was recently made aware of the site by a reader. Currently, there appears to be one video for sale called Ultradomination. If anybody out there has seen the video, what did you think?
