The sirens continue to wail as Black Canary finishes a night of cleaning up the crime ridden streets of Gotham. She struts on the street corner so proud of her accomplishment. So full of herself is she that she doesn’t immediately notice the knockout spray device thrown at her feet. It’s too late for Black Canary. The can has dispatched its powerful payload and her weaponized voice is taken from her. Later, she awakens to find herself stripped of her boots and iconic gloves and bound to a table as an unknown assailant places his hands on her. The rest of her evening will not go well for her.
