“Angel: Deadly Sins – Part 2” from NGC (Review)
(Join NGC’s Discounts List here.) I don’t know about you, but to my eyes, Anastasiya Breadson is just about the sexiest woman I’ve ever seen. Seriously, everything about her is sexy. Even her name. But she’s not alone in her sexiness in this video as Billie Vee returns as Envy to torment our heroine.
[Warning: spoilers ahead] When we last saw Angel in action in Deadly Sins – Part 1, she was determined to track down Envy who was looking to take possession of some nuclear weapons.
Upon Angel entering a room, Envy sneaks up on the heroine. But with the use of her mental powers, Angel quickly freezes her enemy in place. But Envy has backup in the form of Bruno, an absolute giant of a man in a mask. If that wasn’t bad enough for Angel, Envy reveals that Bruno is totally loyal to her, and completely immune to Angel’s telepathic powers.
Angel tries to take control of his mind anyway, but as Envy promised, it doesn’t work. Envy then takes away Angel’s powers, transfers them into Bruno, and gives him the order to attack. Angel dodges his initial rush and connects with a half dozen kicks and some punches, none of which do anything to hurt the giant.
Bruno pushes Angel to the ground, catches one of her kicks, and wraps her up in a bearhug that has her on the verge of unconsciousness. But before she passes out, he sets her down, lands three stomach punches, and drops Angel to the ground with a punch to the face. Bruno then lifts her off the ground by her head, and lands a series of punches to her back. He then picks her up in an over the shoulder back breaker, but breaks the hold when the effect of having Angel’s powers takes a toll on him.
He recovers and delivers more stomach punishment with a series of punches and a running shoulder block into her abdomen. Bruno drags Angel by her leg to the middle of the room but is still struggling with the side effects of Envy’s power transfer.
This gives Angel some breathing room and she starts to land some shots that have more of an effect. But Envy decides to pull Angel’s powers out of Bruno and into herself. The ladies have a short fight that Angel controls and she drops Envy to the ground with a kick to the face. And here is the point where the story splits into the two endings. One where Bruno delivers a ton of punishment to Angel, while the other features Angel emerging victorious.
Bluebird 2020 (Part 1 and 2) has been my favorite NGC mini-series, but I’m telling you Angel: Deadly Sins does not take a back seat to it. Not even remotely. I think it’s every bit as fun and entertaining to watch. No matter the ending of choice, Angel takes a hell of a beating in both. It’s a great film and as I alluded to above, the sex appeal is off the charts thanks to the two actresses. If you loved Part I, I’m guessing you’ll love Part II even more.
