In thi story: Bionic Star investigates a theft from a local Tach lab. She tracks down the thief ,Psycho Blade! When she tries to arrest him, he takes the opportunity to test his stolen tech on her and he eventually overwhelms our heroine! Bionic Star has to use her wits and inner strength to try and prevail.
