OUT NOW! NGC Pure: Virtue v Dominator

Virtue returns to the site of her humiliating defeat against the Dominator last year as she looks to atone for the embarrassment. For her part, the Dominator is happy to have one final battle with the purest heroine, but it is the good girl who starts strongest landing heavy blows. To turn the tide Dominator fights dirty and then goes to town with submission holds. Perhaps expecting a rough battle, Virtue has mustered all of her stoicism to stay in the contest and fight back, but it turns into another ‘domination’.

That could be until Vice makes an appearance. Where Virtue is weak, her dark sided alter-ego is strong, and payback is a ‘bitch’. Will the heroine restore her honour? Or is this just another humiliation?

I love the story telling, emotional power and the multifaceted characters that NGC have in their productions. But, there are times when all you want is some gratuitous violence and degradation. (It’s been a helluva week!) With all that in mind I was psyched for this release and it doesn’t disappoint. Virtue is looking for a re-match against The Dominator (nerve, ladies and gentlemen, nerve) and of course she gets one. I’m confused how this works into the plot. Admittedly, I didn’t buy the video where virtue is turned into vice – I was waiting to see where the story line went before diving in – but I was under the impression (or hoping?) she was turned to evil and was going to be a minion for the dominator and the other girl (sorry the name escapes me).

So I’m surprised to see the dominator fighting virtue here… I was hoping to see vice take on a good two shoes heroine

My understanding is that the “Pure” series is non-canon, so it doesn’t have to fit into the ongoing plot. They’re just a collection of combat/action focused videos featuring interesting match-ups, either between opponents who haven’t met before (Iron Drone v Wonderstrike/Candy Race or Alaric v Erica) or re-matches (Erica/Dr Progress or this one). You could argue, though, that this one’s only part re-match, since the Dominator hasn’t faced Vice before!

I do expect that eventually Vice will be set loose on one (or more) of the heroines.
