Previously, Rye has used preview pics for his sales and then shortly after released the video connected to those preview pics. Perhaps the preview pics are from a very recent shoot. Then, after working with the material, the video doesn’t turn out the way he wants and he opts not to release it. But at the time of the sale, his intention was to edit and sell the video. Just a thought. Obviously I have no way of knowing, and I haven’t heard from Rye in as long as everyone here.
Generally, the preview pics are of performer/costume combinations not seen before, and it becomes clear to the uninitiated once they search the catalog for the first video they really really want — this “made you look” may be the point. Thus you become initiated. I’d say in this case, for the first time that I can remember, Rye is using images from a Part 2 without actually labeling them as such anywhere in the post. Also tons of people want their dream video to exist and usually project those hopes based on previews and put pressure on producers to realize those ambitions, that´s where a lot of the harsher criticism usually comes from, specially if a element they liked is not present (ie: why not forced sex in this scene, or debooting or something akin)
At this point I have accepted that if you ever want your dream video to exit, you better pay for a custom ^^
