New Beginnings At Heroine Movies
Hey guys, this is Ivy – I represent the new owner of Heroine Movies and will be handling day-to-day operations of the site. We’re sure that most of you have read the post by the original owner announcing the acquisition and felt that it is time to introduce ourselves as well.
We have a background in running communities as well as growing large adult entertainment sites. It’s important to note that we have no intention of changing up much of the site at all. The core of the site is you guys, the community, and we only want to do what we can to grow that.
That being said, your feedback and ideas are always welcome for the best of the site and community.
One of our major first goals will be to increase the content on the site with more frequent blog posts which we believe will fill your need of having something to check on an almost daily basis.
Other than that, the producers you’ve become accustomed to sharing their new content on HM will continue to do so if they wish while we are partnering with many more.
Don’t get me wrong, there will be times that you will not agree with us and this is fine. This is a new frontier for us, but we will certainly listen to any and all of your feedback and work hard to make this work out for all!

Dislike anything else eg death, weapons , chloro, strangling etc
I know everyone has certain tastes so would it be possible to indicate the ending as a spoiler that must be highlighted by the user, to help them decide if they want to purchase the movies?

Generally new owners make unnecessary wholesale changes that alienate the original community. Just hope it doesn’t happen here.

Welcome to the community! I would definitely like to parrot the suggestions @Laundryguy101 mentioned to encourage interactions between community members. Top ten lists, best heroines and villains from producers, Content creator/Producer spotlights of the month/year, Interviews, podcasts/YouTube streams so Producers and content creators can have Q&As with fans and etc.
Let see how this website will go. Maybe something good to do is to have a forum aside of the classic video announcement to let people discuss of the SHIP world, make plot, discuss about their specific fetish, movie review, etc… Maybe also the possibility of private chat between people.

also, i get the need for moderation, but there’s nothing more lame than producers like Rye who completely turn comments off, while asking an arm and a leg for repetitive and uninspiring (my opinion!) content. i hope that isn’t allowed in the future, its weak AF, and disrespectful to the community and fans

Welcome to the site! I would love to see more done with the site other than just project previews. Maybe interviews with the content creators, producers. A feature like top 10 scenes featuring so-so. Maybe a monthly discussion post about the genre. How fans got into, where it’s been and where it’s going? A podcast would also be fantastic.
Those are some cool ideas/activities that I would be happy to participate in.
New SHiP producers are always welcome. If I start seeing Axel Braun trash I’m gonna axel myself in the face.

Like others have said, it would be great to attract more studios, like NGC or Primal or Bluestone, or even Giga.
One thing I haven’t seen mentioned though is just quality of life issues on the site. Profiles and messaging are broken. Comment sorting doesn’t appear to be working. Older pages have fallen apart or become only semi-reachable. Just little reliability issues and stuff like that.
Agreed on more studios–he ones mentioned.
Also more monitoring of rude, disruptive elements.

I wouldn’t want anything with GIGA to save my life. They have such horrendous Mosaics that they might as well put a sign up that says “No pron Here!”

Well, in the spirit of contributing a suggestion: I’ve always been kind of disappointed that the site rarely if ever covered media like the ‘Super Vixens” DVDs from SHF. I buy these on Amazon any time they’re released, and it’d be nice if they could get a little love around here.
Is SHF / Secret Identity still making videos as their movies were great !
I THINK the last video Mr. Hero did was around 2017, so I tend to doubt it. Since then, all I’ve seen are the Super Vixens compilation DVDs, the latest of which streeted July 11.
