Maybe it’s just me but I found this one fairly calm action wise there was not really much in the beat down aspect Even the choking of star in the ropes was just off she wasn’t really on her but to the side no big deal And the alternate ending well one punch and out that was somewhat disappointing in my view For fight off match this one had a lot mire opportunity and expectation on my hoping then what came about 🙁 Still waiting for a battle royal event lol ( I know that would cost a pretty penny… Read more »

Technical discussion: Initially I thought that this video as shot as a whole was underexposed. After watching it a couple times now it just appears that just certain segments are underexposed such as when Spectrum is in the corner getting punched repeatedly by Wonderstrike. Also during that exchange between Spectrum and Wonderstrike prior to the start of their fight, you can see that Spectrum’s face is slightly out of focus. Not glaringly so but enough for me to notice. Hey NGC, The only thing that kind of threw me off was during the first half of the video the music was a bit too loud. Wonderstrike was in the process of getting choked out with her own cape, but I couldn’t hear her at all because she was drowned out by the music. I think it would be better if we could hear the actresses fighting and taunting rather than the loud music. Both actresses sold their lose endings pretty well, though I probably would have preferred more devastating finishing moves. But they both sold the KO nicely. As… Read more »
A very good review I think. I have the same feeling about the announcer being from this one. It just felt like something was missing. I would also enjoy to see something along those lines with the bonus outtakes if possible. Thanks to NGC for everything as always.
The Announcer will be back, he just couldn’t do this one. I understand at times the music might seem loud. All I can really say is that it’s a cool location but VERY hostile in terms of audio. We get train noise regularly, and people in neighbouring units to that one just making stupid noises all day. So the audio mix in the edit can be quite challenging. There’s been much better choreography from these girls. I got the feeling these two felt awkward around each other or something and weren’t putting their heart into the scene. Spectrum was selling the hits very well as usual, but the hits themselves seemed very soft or “fake” like amateur acting.

I think I know how the voting will go with this one, but I’ve been surprised once or twice before.
As much as I love another Spectrum appearance (Spectrum in everything!) I’m also really looking forward to more material from Comet Girl’s one and only championship appearance. That fight was the very definition of a one-sided beatdown, as I recall. Ordinarily, I prefer more back-and-forth, but with CG on the receiving end I was very happy.
Nice to see Wonderstrike again…been too long.
Comet Girl needs to make another appearance(s)…soon!
